General Secretary of the Ghana Horticultural Laborers Association, Edward Kareweh says regardless of the revolt of Coronavirus and the monetary pressure that accompanied it, a few business people are doing very well as far as benefit in their different organizations.
Talking in a meeting with JoyNews’ George Wiafe, on the point ‘Dealing with laborers’ remuneration inside a pandemic’, the Overall Secretary focused on that albeit a few organizations were putting forth a valiant effort, most of representatives and business visionaries are battling combined with the presentation of the wages bill.
“Bosses are not being influenced similarly by Coronavirus. Indeed, there are a few managers and laborers that have profited by the pandemic.
“A few managers have had the option to expand compensations, some to the degree of more than 10%,” he added.
In his view, because of existing incongruities, the Public authority needs to set up a framework that orders a specific gathering of affluent business people to pay the wages.
